Uma cylinder 150 Racing YZF R 125 V1-V2 - MT 125 V1

UMA Racing 150 cylinder compatible with racing cylinder head in 22/19. This Uma Racing kit has a 57mm bore offering a cylinder capacity close to 150cc and will fit perfectly on your Minarelli LC 125 high engine (YZF R 125 2008-2018 and MT 125 2014-2019). The cylinder benefits from a ceramic treatment and a forged piston to offer better resistance and power. With an adequate engine and electronic configuration it is possible to approach 20 Cv! It is delivered complete with piston, segments, clips, axle, gasket set and assembly instructions. Warning: Product reserved for competition use only.

Technical advice: To replace your cylinder, you will need to provide for the dismantling of your cylinder head. After disassembly, it is necessary to tighten and loosen the cylinder head twice in order to benefit from a good crushing of the cylinder head gasket. The tightening torque for the screws and studs is: - 22Nm for the 4 studs, - 10Nm for the 2 screws on the water pump side.

For motorcycles with high mileage it is necessary to check the condition of your water pump. We recommend adding a Racing oil pump and fitting a new timing chain. This cylinder requires a Manual FST 2.0 timing chain tensioner, your original timing tensioner is not compatible. We also recommend that you replace the injector / throttle body and your ECU in order to fine-tune your adjustment if necessary.
