General Conditions of Sale dated 30/04/2024 (original text written in French)
1) Fields of application and modification of the conditions of sale
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website Fast-tronic.com.
Fast-tronic.com reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
2) Our offer
All offers of products, services and delivery terms, at prices indicated in Euros, are valid in Spain while stocks last
For orders from the European Union, the VAT rate applied differs depending on your delivery address. EIn offline mode, the prices displayed are with Spanish VAT of 21%.
For orders from abroad (Outside the EU) or the French Overseas Territories, the products will be invoiced excluding taxes and you will have to pay shipping costs calculated according to the country of destination and the weight of the package. Upon receipt of the package, you will have to pay customs duties and local VAT depending on the country of destination. The amount of shipping costs will be indicated to you when choosing the delivery method.
For any questions about shipping costs for orders outside the European Union, contact our Customer Service team directly. A description with the essential characteristics of the product is present on each item sheet that we sell. However, some minimal variations may occur, which is why it is recommended to contact our customer service if in doubt
Our team does what is necessary to take a faithful representation of the products offered for sale through images, photographs or videos used for their presentation. Variations may nevertheless appear in particular due to technical limitations, color rendering or customer equipment (internet browser, screen used). Fast-tronic therefore recommends that the customer refer to the description of the products appearing on the site to find out their essential characteristics.
Except in the event of a guarantee, any transaction between Fast-tronic.com and its customers, not disputed within 14 days following delivery, cannot give rise to a claim.
3) Order validation and electronic signature
The customer acknowledges being informed that his commitment does not require a handwritten or electronic signature, acceptance of these general conditions of sale and the basket order is implemented by the click mechanism. However, if an order exceeds €2,500, an electronic signature on the quote via your online account may be requested before final validation.
4) Order
The order can only be registered on the site if you have clearly identified yourself either by entering your username and password, which are strictly personal to you, or by creating an account on Fast-tronic if you are not yet registered. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. The contract is formed when the confirmation of your order is issued.
As soon as your order is validated, it will be transmitted to our logistics services for processing. You will receive a first automatic acknowledgment email within the hour. But at any time, you can obtain information about your order by contacting our Customer Service. To do this, please enter your order number when creating the support ticket. Important to avoid any future errors => do not respond from your personal email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) to the automatic message that the site sends you (quote, order, invoice, shipping, etc.), please connect to your online account to do this, also any external request other than our ticket support will no longer be taken into account!
5) Price
Prices are indicated in euros and take into account the Spanish VAT in force for visitors passing through our site. By having an account and being connected to our site, the price may vary automatically with the VAT of your country depending on the location that you have entered on your address.
6) Payment and security
6.1 Electronic payment
a) Via the PAYPAL platform
Your payments are made directly on the PayPal website via pages encrypted using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol. Fast-tronic.com does not have access to your banking details under any circumstances. Your account is debited at the time of validation of payment for your order. You can pay for your order via your PayPal account or via a credit card.
b) By transfer
Your order is then reserved for 15 days. Beyond this deadline, without receipt of your transfer, it will be canceled. The order will only be processed upon receipt of your transfer, and after validation. The announced shipping time may vary depending on the time it takes to receive your payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the additional fees applied by the issuing bank cannot be deducted from the payment to be received. Each party must bear the transfer costs that their bank applies to them.
6.2 Title retention clause
The products remain the property of Fast-tronic.com until the order has been fully collected by Fast-tronic.com. However, from delivery, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.
6.3 Failure to pay
Fast-tronic.com reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.
6.4 Anti-fraud control
Securing your orders on Fast-tronic.com is a major concern. This is why orders are checked before shipping.
As part of this control and in order to combat fraud and the usurpation of means of payment on the Internet, Fast-tronic may ask the customer to provide proof of identity and address. Depending on the date of receipt, the shipping time for your order may be extended.
If the check of these documents proves favorable, the order will be validated. Otherwise or in the event of non-receipt, Fast-tronic reserves the right to cancel the order. It would then be canceled and then refunded.
7) Delivery terms and times
Shipping terms:
Fast-tronic.com undertakes to respect a minimum of administrative delays in processing your package. At your request on a support ticket we can provide you with a delivery date for your package.
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. The collection and collection of the carrier are subject to their tour of the day, at times which may vary between 11H00 and 18H00. daily (excluding Spanish and regional holidays). In the event of force majeure (accident, truck breakdown, etc.) shipping may be postponed for 24 hours.
Delivery methods:
On Fast-tronic.com, we offer two delivery methods by DHL in Express Worldwide and Eco. Price depends on weight and destination.
The Service in the event of logistical difficulty of the carrier such as public holidays, strikes, accident, geographical location or any other causes beyond our control, may have a delivery time of 5 or more working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
These prices may be subject to specific commercial operations. The deadlines indicated are in working days, and indicated as an estimate. We work with the carrier DHL.
- For orders to the French Overseas Territories and outside the European Union, the products will be invoiced excluding taxes and you will have to pay shipping costs calculated according to the country of destination and the weight of the package. Upon receipt of the package, you will have to pay, in addition, customs duties, VAT and other local taxes, depending on the country of destination:
- For the overseas territories, you will have to pay local VAT (except Guyana), dock dues and regional dock dues. You will not have to pay customs duties.
- For overseas territories, you will have to pay local VAT (for overseas territories, only French Polynesia is concerned), and customs duties.
- The amount of shipping costs (excluding duties and taxes applicable in your country) will be indicated to you when choosing the delivery method. Concerning shipments to overseas territories and outside the EU, we draw your attention to 2 points:
- all duties and taxes are calculated, by the customs services, on the amount of the order including transport;
- if you choose "express" transport, then it will additionally charge you a flat-rate administration fee (generally between €20 and €30), corresponding to the fact that it carries out, by customs delegation, the calculation and the collection of duties and taxes, which saves you time when delivering your order.
Further information :
No compensation can be claimed if an item cannot be delivered: either following an unforeseen manufacturing stoppage, or following strikes, accidents, natural disasters, inability to obtain supplies or all other causes beyond our control. Delivery of orders is impossible on public holidays. The withdrawal period is 30 days. For more information, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
8) Right to retract
If a product ordered on Fast-tronic.com is not suitable, or if you simply realize that it does not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning it to us for exchange, a credit on your next order or reimbursement.
Because your satisfaction is our main concern, this operation is offered to you by Fast-tronic, and only requires a few quick steps. You can request a return from our customer service. Please enter your order number on the support ticket that you will create with a justified request or it will be requested from you. The entire process to follow is explained to you on the page concerning RMA. The deadline for refunding an order or product(s) is a maximum of 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
9) Return conditions (RMA) ♽
9.1 Return the item free of charge within 30 days of receipt of the package. If it is a gift, notify customer service, indicating the date on which you are likely to change the item (however, only exchange will be possible after the 30-day period has expired).
9.2 Return the item in the box in which it was sent to you or in an identical box (reinforced, same size) if the first has been damaged. Please note, supplier boxes are not made for the transport of goods.
9.3 The product must not have been tested but just assembled very carefully. All data sheets and stickers must be present with the product for the exchange to be accepted. The product must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
9.4 Find in your order history the one that concerns the item in question (it must be less than 30 days old). You can exchange your product with another, opt for a credit equivalent to the value of your product, or have it refunded.
9.4.1 You can also send us by email a declaration clearly expressing your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note: The After-Sales Service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions is not respected, the package will then be returned directly to you.
RMA procedure (Authorized Return Merchandise):
1. You must create a support ticket and enter your order number in the subject of the ticket.
2. We will then send you the return label already stamped to your email address from the DHL service.
3. Print your DHL return label.
4. Repack the package in perfect condition with the original packaging and stick your label on it.
5. Go to a DHL relay point or DHL center with your package to ship it.
6. Upon receipt of the return package by our logistics service, our customer service will contact you for an exchange, credit or refund.
10) Product Warranty
10.1 Commercial guarantee
The products sold are covered by a commercial guarantee aimed at guaranteeing their conformity and ensuring reimbursement of the purchase price, replacement or repair of the goods. It does not cover defects caused by abnormal or faulty use or resulting from a cause unrelated to the intrinsic qualities of the products.
Information concerning any commercial guarantees relating to the products and services offered for sale (in particular the content of the guarantee, the terms of its implementation, its price, its duration, its territorial extent as well as the name and address of the guarantor depending on the products, services and brands concerned) are brought to the attention of the customer where applicable on the sheet of each product and service in the online sales area.
10.2 Legal guarantee
Regardless of the guarantee thus granted, Fast-tronic remains liable for defects in conformity of the product with the contract in accordance with articles L.211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and for fatal defects, or hidden defects in the item sold, under the conditions provided for. in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code and 2232 of the Civil Code. These guarantees are exercised with Tunning Racing Parts Spain at the following address: Calle Sant Joan Baptista,3 - 17600 – Figueres - España.
REMINDER OF THE MAIN APPLICABLE TEXTS
- Article L.211-4 of the Consumer Code: “The seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
He is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been his responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility. »
- Article L.211-5 of the Consumer Code: “To comply with the contract, the good must:
1° Be suitable for the use usually expected of similar goods and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect having regard to the public declarations made by the seller, by the producer or by his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling.
2° Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted. »
Article L.211-12 of the Consumer Code: “The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed two years from the delivery of the good. »
Article L.211-16 of the Consumer Code: When the buyer requests from the seller, during the course of the commercial guarantee which was granted to him during the acquisition or repair of movable property, a return condition covered by the guarantee, any period of immobilization of at least seven days is added to the duration of the guarantee which remained to run. This period runs from the buyer's request for intervention or the making available for repair of the goods in question, if this making available is subsequent to the request for intervention.
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: “The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the thing sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use so much that the buyer would not have it not acquired, or would have given only a lower price, if he had known them. »
Article 1648 of the Civil Code: “The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
PRACTICAL APPLICATION
Also, when the customer acts under a legal guarantee of conformity within the meaning of the aforementioned provisions of the Consumer Code, he:
- has a period of two years from delivery of the product to act;
- can choose between repairing or replacing the product, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code;
- is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the product during the six months following delivery of the product. This deadline will be extended to twenty-four months from March 18, 2016.
- In any case, the legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of the commercial guarantee possibly granted by Fast-tronic.com on the product(s) ordered.
Finally, the customer can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects in the item sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, he can choose between canceling the sale or reducing the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.
11) Provision of the “Computers and freedoms” law
At any time, “You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data that concerns you (art 34 of the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978). 12) Entirety
In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this will in no way affect the validity and compliance with these general conditions of sale.
13) Responsibilities and Dispute Resolution
Fast-tronic.com cannot be held liable for inconveniences and damages relating to the use of the Internet network, such as a break in service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions or more generally any cases qualified as force majeure by the courts. .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. A recovery procedure will be initiated by us. This procedure will result in collection costs of a flat rate of €15 per order. Failing this, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts which the plaintiff may seize at his choice: the jurisdiction of the place where the defendant resides, of the place of actual delivery of the thing or of the place of execution of the service favour.
These conditions are subject to Spanish law.
14) Copyrights
According to the law of March 11, 1957, any reproduction, even partial, of the elements of the Fast-tronic.com site requires prior written consent from Tunning Racing Parts Spain S.L. Fast-tronic.com is owned by Tunning Racing Parts Spain SL.

How is the delivery going?
Fast-tronic.com undertakes to respect a processing time for your order which can range from 24 hours to 48 hours maximum.
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding our company holidays and vacations.
Delivery methods:
On Fast-tronic.com, we offer 2 delivery methods by DHL, the service of which can be Express Worldwide or Eco. Transport prices depend on the weight of your package and the destination.
