Fasstek cylinder head 200 Racing R125 - MT125 - XSR125 VVA E5

The Fasstek Racing 25/22mm cylinder head is essential for engines prepared for 200cc. It is mounted on Minarelli 125 4T LC VVA Euro 5 injection engines for Yamaha R125 2019-, MT 125 2020-, XSR 125 2021-, Fantic Caballero 125 2021-, Fantic XEF and XMF 125 2021-, Beta RR 4T motorcycles LC 125 2021-.

This Fasstek racing cylinder head has a valve diameter for the intake of 25mm and 22mm for the exhaust valves. Also all the intake, exhaust and combustion chamber ducts are CNC machined.

This cylinder head is delivered unassembled with the composition:
- 2 valves 22mm
- 2 valves 25mm
- 4 valve springs
- 3 camshaft rockers (1 echp, 1 adm, 1 var)
- 2 rocker axes
- 4 spring thrust washers
- 4 spring thrust seat washers
- 4 valve stem seals
- 8 valve holding half-moons

LAB Fast125 Tech Tip:
A racing camshaft, springs, bearings and an injector are recommended if you want to run the engine properly.
We advise you to put 1 Fasstek VVA E5 throttle body of 36mm minimum.
Important to check that your exhaust pipe has an internal diameter of 29mm at the entrance.
