Fasstek cylinder 177 Racing YZF R 125 V1-V2 - MT 125 V1 benefits from a 62mm bore offering a displacement close to 180cc and will fit perfectly on your Minarelli LC 125 4T top engine (YZF R125 2008-2018 and MT125 2014-2019).
The cylinder benefits from a ceramic treatment and a forged piston to offer greater strength and power. With the right engine and electronics configuration, it's possible to get close to 25 hp! It comes complete with piston, rings, clips, pin, seals and assembly instructions.

Advice from LAB Fast125:
- To replace your cylinder, you will need to dismantle your cylinder head. After disassembly, the cylinder head must be tightened and loosened twice to ensure that the cylinder head gasket is properly compressed. The tightening torque for the bolts and studs is : - 22Nm for the 4 studs, - 10Nm for the 2 screws on the water pump side.
- For motorbikes with high mileage, you should check the condition of your water pump.
- We recommend adding a Racing oil pump and fitting a new timing chain.
- We also recommend replacing the injector/throttle body and your ECU to fine-tune your set-up.
- A forged connecting rod or a crankshaft with a forged connecting rod is highly recommended for engine reliability!
- To be used with a 20/23 valve cylinder head.
