This Uma Racing cylinder is ideal if you want to replace your crankshaft and want to gain displacement by mounting a long-stroke crankshaft. The cylinder skirt benefits from 10mm more than the standard cylinders, i.e. 35mm in total length. This Uma cylinder has a bore of 62mm with a ceramic treatment to offer you a displacement between 186 and 225cc with a crankshaft type Fasstek stroke 68mm and 74.7mm + wedge of Xmm (ask us). Compressed racing piston. The cylinder must be fitted with a cylinder head with 23/20 valves. It is delivered complete with piston, segments, clips, axle, gasket set and assembly instructions. Technical advice: To replace your cylinder, you will need to provide for the dismantling of your cylinder head. After disassembly, it is necessary to tighten and loosen the cylinder head twice in order to benefit from a good crushing of the cylinder head gasket. The tightening torque for the screws and studs is: - 22Nm for the 4 studs, - 10Nm for the 2 screws on the water pump side.

For motorcycles with high mileage it is necessary to check the condition of your water pump. We recommend adding a Uma Racing oil pump and installing a new timing chain. This cylinder requires a Manual FST 2.0 timing chain tensioner, your original timing tensioner is not compatible. We also recommend that you replace the injector / throttle body and your ECU in order to fine-tune your adjustment if necessary.
