Fasstek cylinder 150 YZF R 125 V1-V2 - MT 125 V1

The Fasstek 150 cylinder is ideal for those who do not wish to change the crankshaft and have a vitaminized small block, however we recommend that you think about it depending on your mileage or put a forged connecting rod to make your Yamaha YZF R 125 2008- engine more reliable. 2018 and MT 125 2014-2019.
The cylinder skirt benefits from a radiant cut for the passage of the crankshaft weights, and the skirt length is 32mm. This Fasstek kit benefits from a 57mm bore with a ceramic treatment offering a displacement close to 150cc. This type of cylinder must be mounted with a cylinder head having 19/22 valves (maximum), and an engine configuration as well as adequate electronics to approach 20 Cv.
The Fasstek 150 kit comes complete with compressed racing forged piston, RIK rings, clips, axle, and a gasket set. (Warning: Product requiring some basic technical knowledge, since reserved for competition)

LAB Fast125 technical advice:
For the replacement of your cylinder you will need to provide for the dismantling of your cylinder head. When reassembling, be sure to tighten and loosen the cylinder head twice to benefit from a good crushing of the seals if you are looking for a precise Squish or volume.
The tightening torque of the cylinder head bolts are:
- 22Nm for the 4 internal screws (make a tightening pass at 10Nm, then at 22Nm)
- 10Nm for the 2 screws on the water pump side. (make a tightening pass at 6Nm, then at 10Nm)
Important before tightening your high engine, please check the condition of the support washers, housing thread and screws for optimal assembly!

For motorcycles with high mileage it is necessary to check the condition of your water pump. We advise you to add a high flow oil pump and to put a new distribution chain, and for motorcycles YZF-R 125 V1 2008-2013 the addition of a pressure regulator with an adjustment to the Fi- Diag in order to have a stable engine or a Powertronic ECU. For motorcycles in carburettor it will be necessary to touch up your main jet a few points.
