Fasstek Kit cylindrer 213 Racing YZF R125 V1-V2 - MT 125 V1
The Fasstek 213 Racing Cylinder Kit is ideal for those who want to have a high-performance small block, however we recommend that you install a forged crankshaft or install a forged connecting rod to make your Yamaha YZF R125 2008-2018 and MT125 2014-2019 engine more reliable.
The cylinder skirt benefits from a radiant cut for the passage of crankshaft masses, and the skirt length is 32mm. This Fasstek kit benefits from a 68mm bore with a ceramic treatment offering a displacement close to 213cc. This type of cylinder must be mounted with a cylinder head having 24/27 valves (maximum) like the Fasstek PRO Racing cylinder head, and an engine and electronic configuration adequate to approach 28 HP.
The 213 Racing Fasstek kit comes complete with Racing HC forged piston and anti-knock treatment, 2 RIKEN segment kits, clips, axle, and a gasket kit.

We recommend adding a Racing oil pump and installing a new timing chain. (see also chain guide pads)
It is possible depending on the engine version that the cylinder requires a Manual FST timing chain tensioner, for this please look at our photo in comparison to the one that is already mounted on your machine.
To replace your cylinder, you will need to plan to dismantle your cylinder head and related connections.
Before reassembling your high engine, we advise you to check your squish and the valve/cylinder head/piston spacing with your camshaft and torque tighten the 4 cylinder head screws whose tightening is 22Nm, and for the 2 screws water pump side at 10Nm.
For motorcycles with high mileage, we recommend purchasing a water pump repair kit and cylinder head screws!
We also recommend that you use an appropriate injector in relation to the cylinder capacity and well-proportioned intake accessories (throttle body, air box connection, air filter, fuel pressure regulator, etc.).
For YZF-R 125 V1 2008-2013 motorcycles, the addition of a fuel pressure regulator is strongly recommended!
We advise you to install a Powertronic programmable ECU in order to refine your engine tuning.
A forged connecting rod or a crankshaft with forged connecting rod and recommended for engine reliability!
